The Bathhouse is the latest expression in our ongoing creative partnership with Flamingo Estate—a collaboration shaped by our shared vision of life flourishing for humans and pollinators alike through the harmony of nature and artistry.
Inspired by the diverse pollinator species that support the flowers installed at The Bathhouse, the Kohler Industrial Design team conceived and manufactured four custom cast iron pollinator baths for Milan Design Week, with the interior of each bath uniquely structured to support the needs of individual pollinator species.

Dating back to 1873 and the company’s first bathtub, Kohler cast iron tells an unmistakable story of enduring craft and timeless charm. Today, our cast iron is still produced at our Kohler, Wisconsin, headquarters from 80% recycled material.
